- Build a cross-sector community of practice around peace professionalism to reflect on, critique and improve approaches to peace professionalism to strengthen the capacity response of peace workers
- Develop and test a system of assessment for peace professionalism that can be scaled at the regional, national and international levels to support the implementation and evaluation of peace programs
- Establish a forum for outreach and knowledge mobilization to increase the flow of information and best practices among researchers (including graduate students), peace professionals and policymakers.
