MA in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Waterloo

Noman is a dedicated peace practitioner and equity specialist, with nine years of experience in the development sector. Throughout this journey, he has been actively involved in training and capacity-building initiatives, targeting a diverse audience, including youth, women, and influential religious leaders on peacebuilding, interfaith harmony, and conflict transformation. He has also collaborated with various faith-based and non-governmental organizations.

Noman holds an international certification in Inter-religious Peacebuilding from the Mindanao Peacebuilding Institute (Philippines,) and also a proud UGRAD Alumnus, having participated in a global undergraduate scholarship semester exchange program at the Tennessee Technological University, USA.

Beyond his professional pursuits, he is deeply passionate about the arts, particularly as a theater practitioner and circle facilitator. His commitment to peacebuilding and equity is unwavering. Currently, he is pursuing an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Waterloo.
